Yannick Poisson Michel

Trained as an engineer at Polytechnique Montréal, Yannick founded his construction company, Gestion Rockethammer Inc., in 2010. The company has worked on hundreds of developments in the Greater Montreal area, and the quality of their work has earned them a stellar reputation in the real estate business, as well as several Domus awards for excellence in construction.

Jérôme Thibeault

Jérôme worked in the banking industry after earning a degree in business administration from HEC. He worked for 9 years financing businesses with GE Capital before moving on to UBS in Geneva. Qualified as an intrapreneur in these companies, he decided to leave the world of banking to pursue his passion as an entrepreneur in the area of multi-unit rental housing.

The management team

Annie Fournier, Accounting technician

Annie has a college degree in accounting and she’s working toward the bachelor degree. She has several years of accounting experience, including the last five years in the real estate business. Always ready to face new challenges.

Jennifer Hunter, Administrative Coordinator

With a diploma from the École des Artisans du Meuble du Québec, Jennifer spent 15 years working with a designer as an interior decorator and consultant. During that time, she developed a great passion for the real estate industry. She also has numerous years of experience in business administration and customer service.

The construction team

Michel Lapointe, director of operations

With 35 years of experience in construction, born leadership and proven management skills, Michel is responsible for directing operations at Gestion Rockethammer.

Luce Vallières, administrative director

Exceptionally rigorous, Luce has 40 years of experience in administration and accounting and is responsible for managing these same areas at Gestion Rockethammer.

Carol Bernard, project manager

Carol has 25 years of experience in construction project management

Yohann Gauthier, project manager

A licensed carpenter, Yohann has worked for more than 10 years in the construction industry, which gives him in-depth knowledge of the projects he manages.

Annie Ponton, Project coordinator

Trained as an interior designer, Annie worked in that field for many years before embarking on a new career in construction project coordination. Her organizational abilities are highly appreciated and fully utilized. Annie currently leverages these skills to establish work methods and protocols that enable the whole team to achieve excellence.

Isabelle Guitard, Administrative assistant

With 20 years of experience in accounting and administration, Isabelle has had no problem fitting in with the construction team. Thanks to her expertise, she provides valuable assistance and support to all of her colleagues on a daily basis.
